Income Limits

Income limits for the GSFA Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Programs are determined by the type of First Mortgage and the County in which the property is located. The income limit is based on qualifying income (the income used for qualifying purposes) only.

FHA, VA and USDA Loans

GSFA does not set limits for FHA, VA and USDA loans.

Please refer to the respective loan agency guidelines for any applicable income limits that may apply.

Freddie Mac Conventional Loans
